Comments: Great to see so many fans still loving Slade. Have been a fan since Look Wot U Dun ofcourse. Could trawl the net for days going through the memories and info of this incredible band. Like the rest of you I have grown up with them and lived and breathed every success and failure. Hope you guys are still pals even though you are not working together anymore. If not, get in touch and make up and atleast have a few beers together and reminisce on a glorious time. Do you realise how many fans there are worldwide hoping for a tour, a few gigs, a TV special or even just news that you are still mates, or mates again? It's time to get rocking again lads, time to get down and get with it somemore. My best to all Slade fans out there. To all those kids who danced to the noize in the playground, to all those who went to the Odeons and the festivals and the clubs and the dog-tracks. Bought the records, the books, the videos, the tickets, the crystal beamers, the t-shirts, the programs, the biogs, the CDs, who bought Beginnings from Reddingtons, Ginny Ginny on yellow vinyl, to those who asked the DJs to play the latest single, to all those who had tickets for the cancelled 1983 tour. To all those who played Slayed to their children hoping they would like them too, just like their Dad. To all those who had the neighbours knocking on the walls while Slade Alive was playing. To all those who argued with the punks that Slade would come again. To all those who never got to see them, to those who did and want to feel the noise one more time! Do it while you still can guys.... you are THE MIGHTY SLADE !! You are THE MIGHTY SLADE !!

Comments: Been a Slade fan for years. Seen you in Hereford and have a little bit of a confession. Knicked Dave Hills Jack plug from the Amp. I still have it. It was in the 70's and you were late because the van broke down.. Had to walk home 14 miles as you didn't finish until 1am.. Dave, my hero. Get in contact 07727 250478

Comments: Im trying to find there fan club but have had no joy. I so wanted to go to one of their concerts but was never fortunate enough. They played at the Guild hall Portsmouth on 31st of October 1979. and my brother said he would pay for the tickets for me to go BUT my son was due to be born on that date so yet again i missed out. Absolutely love to see them in concert so i want to find when and where their gigs are held even traveling to Wolverhampton and stayin over in a B and B
