The latest change is I replaced the 351 with a 408 stroker,13:1 JE pistons, Eagle internals, Trick Flow heads, Powerglide trans, 9in 4.56 gears, 28x10 slicks. The car ran a 11.08 quarter at 130 mph first try, I can't launch on the trans-brake until I upgrade my 28 spline axles and add wheelie bars. It grabs some serious air even just foot-brake baby launching. Raced: It is almost too powerfull, keeping the nose on the ground is a real challange. Can't wait till I get some better axles and wheelie bars so I can launch it at full power. Message board Handle: gboger | |||
