I personally own a vintage Harmony Heath that is in mint condition and still sounds like it's playing blues or rock back in the mid 1950's. I know I was there but I wasn't playing this guitar. This one was a real find in a second hand store in Powell River, BC in the late ninties. Back in the 50's I played the first Fender Jazz Bass (Shoreline Gold) sold in BC. Oh I wish I owned it now. I won't be back in the Kelowna area untill next spring. I hope I can find you guys and take in a gig. Good luck and sweet playing, JohnT |

I was curious as to where these great musicians had gone. I had bumped into Donnie McDougall one day in White Rock BC (used to live there). I always remember Charlie B Faulkner as an amazing bass man. So... now that I live in CA, why don't you check out Biscuits and Blues in San Francisco -- you'd be a great fit. Another venue is Lou's on the pier in SF. Once you get on the Blues circuit in the US -- you'll be all over the place! Best for the new year. Charlene |
