This is Stan Brown of the ThunderBirds Band, our 1966 record of "Hey Little Girl" is on the playlist of this station. Our band has been nominated for possible induction into the Iowa Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. It would help our chances of being inducted to have some of the listeners of this station send an email to <www.iowarocknroll.com> through their email link and ask them to induct the ThunderBirds into the 2006 Iowa Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. If you can add a statement supporting the 1966 recording of "Hey Little Girl" that would also help.

Fave: impossible to say
Comments:: Excellent station, stuff from Winnipeg?
Heard of a band from here back then called the Purple Haze? Friend of mine as well the Turner of Bachman-Turner were members.
There's a local show here
plays some of that stuff, Electrophonic Tonic on CKUW. Some guys live in a town outside compile and issue material by the numerous bands from these parts back then.
Can't suggest much though for what's already a fanastic universe
Keep up the good work.
